  • Option 1 (Upfront or Monthly Payments): $1,200 upfront per property, plus $10 per unit (available as an upfront or monthly payment plan).
  • Option 2 (Yearly Subscription): A flat yearly subscription of $1,000 per property, with no further per-unit fees.
